Cancellation and Refund Policy

This page gives customers a simple overview of how booking changes, cancellations, charges, and refund-related requests are reviewed by SW Tours.

Cancellation requests

Customers should raise cancellation or schedule-change requests as early as possible through the dashboard or support channel so operations and vendor coordination can be checked in time.

Default cancellation charge

For paid bookings, the default cancellation charge is 10% if the request is raised more than 24 hours before travel, 25% within 24 hours, 50% within 6 hours, and no refund after trip start or once the travel time has already passed. Unpaid bookings normally do not create an online refund.

Default reschedule charge

Reschedule is free when raised more than 24 hours before travel. A default INR 250 charge may apply within 24 hours, INR 500 within 6 hours, and urgent same-time operational changes may require manual review.

Refund review

Refund eligibility still depends on payment status, service allocation, trip progress, route timing, and whether the cab, vendor, or driver has already been operationally committed. Admin can adjust the final approved charge or refund during review.
